How to choose the right capacity?
Large car refrigerators mean more capacity, but with higher current draw, they take up more space in your car. A whole family plus equipment is already on the car, too large capacity will not only occupy the space of the car, but also increase the load of the car. So it is very important to choose a car refrigerator with a suitable capacity.
Dimensions are listed in liters, but that can be hard to imagine, so we've included a universally recognized unit of measurement - beverage cans:
1. Under 25L - 20 cans, essentially a power cooler, these compact refrigerators are perfect for keeping drinks cold in your and your layman's work truck. They're also a good option if you need to keep your medication refrigerated and handy.
2. 40L – 60 Cans: The most common or "standard" size 40L refrigerator is perfect for two or three people over a long weekend.
3. 50L – 72 Cans: Perfect for a weeklong adventure for two, or a long weekend for a family.
4. 60 L – 80 Cans: A sized refrigerator for a family of five, but consider the space and weight it will take up in your vehicle.
