What is the refrigeration principle of semiconductor car refrigerator

May 29, 2021

The p-n junction made of special semiconductor materials is used to form thermocouple pairs in the electronic semiconductor vehicle refrigerator. In the circuit composed of two different conductors, the DC circuit releases heat at the metal sheet joint of the node through a small semiconductor chip using the Peltier principle. The ultimate goal of refrigeration and heating is achieved through different current flow directions.

Thanks to this way of refrigeration, the electronic semiconductor type car cooling and heating box can be used for refrigeration and heating, and the working temperature range is 5 ℃ to 65 ℃.
