We can do OEM orders for you, usually there is an extra charge for printing LOGO on the product and packaging. And these custom orders need to meet the MOQ. Of course, it can also be negotiated.
2)Customized sample
We can provide custom service according to your needs, but need to meet the MOQ of 100 units.
3)After-sales service.
The warranty period commences from the date of purchase with quality problems: The products carries one year warranty and the compressor in this unit carries a 3 year warranty under normal use. We will not accept a warranty claim if:
♦ Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty (if you buy parts from other manufacturers Or the replacement of parts causes a malfunction, the warranty is invalid).
♦ Man-made damage.
♦Failure or damage caused by operation not in accordance with the precautions in the instruction manual.
♦Product failure or damage caused by disassembly without the permission of the manufacturer.
♦Damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquake, fire, etc.).
♦The warranty does not cover the loss of items in the refrigerator.
♦Warranty does not include fuses, connectors, sockets, handles, etc.
