Our workshop:
The injection molding workshop was established in November 2012 and now has 39 sets of injection molding machines. The tonnage specification of the machine is between 86T-1000T, and it is equipped with 39 Topstar full-servo 5-axis manipulators. The workshop adopts the industry-leading centralized feeding system, and each machine is equipped with a color master metering proportional mixer, which can accurately control the color difference. The total investment in equipment reaches 45 million. At present, there are 65 employees, and the annual self-made production capacity (dehumidifier and mobile air conditioner) is 1.5 million sets of plastic parts. In the later stage, 20 sets of injection molding equipment will be expanded, and the production capacity of injection molding parts is expected to reach more than 2.5 million sets.
