2. When buying a car refrigerator, it is best to buy a battery, which is convenient for use when parking. When using the car refrigerator, try not to let water enter the air intake, otherwise the car refrigerator will strike. The car refrigerator uses a DC voltage of 12V/24V. Of course, you can also use 110V-220V AC, we will provide you with a power converter.

3. Do not place any magnetic objects in the inner tank of the refrigerator, so as not to affect the internal cooling chip. Do not put high temperature and corrosive items into the box to avoid damage to the inner tank. Product Line

There is our own injection factory. In this process, a thick piece of plastic slightly larger than the finished part has its outer edges clamped and is then heated. 

The hot plastic is next pulled by vacuum into a mold and cooled.

In this part, we are using the foaming machine that inserts foam between the walls of the refrigerator. 

This foam expands to add rigidity and insulation to the cabinet to make sure the products are strong and stable.

We produce our own plastic pattern and compressor. The compressor is the core of the car refrigerator fridges.

Vacuum & Filling Coolant

After installed the compressor, we are pumping the fridge into vacuum  and flling coolant to make sure the fridge works well.

Test and quality control

Test and quality control Once it charged, the unit was tested as a whole to ensure that it is capable of reaching design temperatures including those necessary during the defrost cycle. The unit is operated with sensors inside that determine the temperature changes over time. The unit is then subjected to a final 'sniff test by a machine that detects refrigerant to ensure that no leaks have developed during testing.
