What is your payment term? 30% T/T as deposit, and the balance should be paid before loading
Time of delivery? 2-3 days for sample,30-40 days for mass production.
How can you guarantee quality? 1)Test and improve the function of the sample before mass production. 2)Process dropping test, anti-vibration test, product life-span before shipment; 3)1 years warranty for maintenance and 3 years compressor maintenance.

Can we get some samples for testing?Do we need the sample fee or the freight fee? Yes, we would like to offer the samples,but you need to pay sample fee and freight fee. Because all the samples are coming from our workers' hard work
Can you do OEM orders?Any extra charge if we want to print our LOGO on products or package? Yes, we do, usually there is an extra charge for printing LOGO on products and the packages. And also this customized orders need to meet MOQ. Of course, it can be negotiable.
